Lifestyles of the Literary

This year I am making the proactive effort to read as much as possible. I intially commited myself to a book per week, but as I am finding that challenging, I have made the more feasible pledge to read at least one book every other week. So far I have been reading fiction, but I am going to try to alternate between fiction and non-fiction. I actually used to exclusively read non-fiction, so I am excited to return to it. Below are the books I have read thus far:













And now I am reading Women in Love by D.H. Lawrence. As BAM says, let's eat, drink and be literary.

James Baldwin forever breaks my heart into a million pieces in the most beautiful way. Who knew that a man that could create such tortured characters could ever be this happy?! Whenever I think of hope, this is the imagine that I see in my minds eye.

6 Years

There is no truth, there is only you.

I am sure there are many things that remain without a cure, but for me, I have not found any ailment, mood or misgiving for which brunch has not been the cure.
